Concept planning
and procurement of building rights for the new construction of an office and commercial complex with approx. 30,000 sqm GFA. In close coordination with the Neukölln town planning office, an ensemble of two high-rise buildings in close proximity to the Berlin city motorway was developed within the applicable building and planning law.
The two high parts of the building develop from an approx. 6m high base, which is intended to accommodate production-related functions / uses.
The volumetry and height development are defined by the respective positions of the high-rise buildings in relation to the surrounding area and its buildings.
